[ARCHIVED] Newton Town Centre Leasing Office Now Open

The affordable apartment community features one- and two-bedroom apartments for active seniors (55+), located at the corner of Spring Street and Union Place in Newton.

NEWTON, N.J.


 -- Newton Town Centre, an affordable apartment community for active seniors (55+), has announced that its new Leasing Office, located at 145 Spring Street, Suite A, in Newton, is now open from Monday through Wednesday from 10am to 4pm. Occupancy is expected to begin as early as next month.  Situated at the corner of Spring Street and Union Place in Newton, apartments at Newton Town Centre will feature one- and two-bedroom layouts, hardwood floors, modern kitchens with stainless steel appliances and dishwashers, tile baths and large closets. Other features include: Card entry, elevator access, laundry facilities, off-street parking and a community center with a landscaped third floor terrace for special events. "We are excited that our Leasing Office is now open and encourage all those interested to stop by to learn more and fill out an application," said Brian Saft, Director of Residential Leasing for RPM Development Group.
