1. When is a Waiver of Site Plan required?

A waiver of site plan is required upon change of use from one business to another type of business. This will require a Waiver of Site Plan Application to be filed with the Planning Board Secretary prior to obtaining a CO or Fire Inspection.

2. How can I open a business in Newton?
