The Utility Advisory Board has five members that are each appointed to a five-year term by the Town Council.

The Deputy Town Manager, Debra Milikin, serves as Secretary.

Responsibilities

The Utility Advisory Board shall advise the Town Manager with reference to all matters concerning the water and sewer system of the Town.

 

The Board reviews requests on accounts and make recommendations to the Town Council.  Also the Board reviews new commercial properties and housing developments and determines gallonage based on development. 


All regular and special meetings are open to the public. Notice of hearing is provided by the applicant and can be found in the New Jersey Herald or the Sunday New Jersey Herald, the official newspapers of record.
