Pricing/Memberships

Day pass rates:  

  • Residents: Free
  • Non-Resident: 3 - 54 yrs - $10.00 
  • Non-Resident: 55 & Over - $5.00

             

Children 2 Years & Under are Free with a Paid Parent. NO REFUNDS of any type due to staffing issues, system failures, weather, and/or unforeseen closures.

RESIDENT 

 

  • Residents MUST register and obtain a pool tag to use the pool facility. To register fill out a registration form and submit to the Recreation Department or contact the Recreation Department to make an appointment at recreation@newtontownhall.com or 973-383-3521 ext. 247.  
  • If you already have Tags from a previous year, you can fill out a registration form and submit it to the Recreation Department to reactivate your account or contact the Recreation Department to make an appointment to reactivate your account. Current ID required for this step! If you are submitting a form, you must attach a photocopy of your ID as well as a copy of the ID of anyone over the age of 18 living in your household. If you have lost or misplaced your tags, there is a $10 fee to replace each missing tag. 
  • YOU MUST BE REGISTERED AND HAVE A TAG TO USE THE POOL FACILITY!


A Town of Newton resident is defined as one who resides in the Municipality of Newton (Newton Mailing Address doesn't necessarily mean you are a Town Resident). The following is a list of municipalities with Newton mailing addresses that are NOT considered Residents of the Town of Newton and therefore must buy a season membership or purchase day passes:

Andover Township
Hampton Township
Stillwater Township
Green Township
Fredon Township

Frankford Township

Frelinghuysen Township

 

NON – RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION

A “Friend of Newton” rate is available to Town of Newton employees, Emergency Services personnel (Police, Fire, EMS, OEM), Military (active duty, reserve, or retired), and people employed within the Town of Newton (as evidenced by a recent pay stub).

 

Family - Entire Season 

(A family is defined as 2 adult spouses and up to 4 dependent children under the age of 21 living at the same address.)

  • Friend of Newton: $300.00
  • Non - Resident: $400.00


Individual - Entire Season                    

(Adult or Child)

  • Friend of Newton: $125.00
  • Non - Resident: $200.00

 

Couple – Entire Season

(Two individuals living in the same household)

  • Friend of Newton: $200.00 
  • Non - Resident: $300.00

Senior Citizen Single - Entire Season                                         

(Anyone aged 55 & older)

  • Friend of Newton: $100.00
  • Non - Resident: $100.00

 

Senior Citizen Couple – Entire Season

(Two individuals living in the same household aged 55 & older)
