APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Lorraine's office has prepared the minutes from the February 25th Regular and Executive meetings, and the February 21st Budget hearing for consideration and approval.
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
This is for those that wish to address the Town Council but do not plan on staying for the whole meeting. There is a note to the public on the agenda to please keep their comments to a maximum of 5 minutes. This allows ample time for all whom wish to speak and keeps the meeting moving forward. The public can speak on any matter.
COUNCIL & MANAGER REPORTS
Ordinance 2013-8 will vacate a portion of Hicks Avenue. This portion was never constructed and is considered abandoned.
Ordinance 2013-9 will authorize the amendment to certain Court fees as previously discussed and approved.
Resolution #42-2013* will authorize entering into a shared services agreement with the Sussex County Municipal Utilities Authority to provide a Certified Recycling Professional for the Town.
Resolution #43-2013* will authorize Change Order No. 1 for the Emergency Spillway of Paulins Kill Dam Site #4 Project.
Resolution #44-2013* will authorize changing the Municipal Building hours of operation for the period of May 28th through August 30th.
Resolution #45-2013* authorize credits due water and utility accounts.
Resolution #46-2013* will approve bills and vouchers for payment.
There is an Application for consideration:
- An on-premise raffle (50/50 & Tricky Tray) from the Sussex County Community College Foundation, 1 College Hill Road, to be held on Saturday, April 13th from 9:00am to 6:00pm at the College.
INTRODUCTION OF 2013 BUDGET
We will introduce the 2013 Municipal Budget. Please note that the official term (according to Trenton) for introduction is “Approve”. The actual Town Council approval comes with our adoption, which must be preceded by advertisement and public hearing. The public hearing will be held at the April 8th meeting. There is no public comment upon introduction.

THE WEEK IN REVIEW
Morris Lake was even with the top of the spillway on 3.4.13.
Work continues on the Annual Report for 2012.
Contract negotiations are still ongoing with both CWA and UPSEU.
Improvements to the Town’s website are still ongoing for a Spring/Summer reboot.
