THE WEEK IN REVIEW
Morris Lake is 13 inches below spillway as of March 27th. Water restrictions are still in place.
Congratulations to Chief Richards and all who are involved with making C.L.E.A.R. the innovative program it is today!
Kudos to everyone involved in the senior luncheon last weekend!
The mayor and I met with a representative from Congressman Gottheimer’s office to discuss possible grant opportunities and the various capital projects that might be considered. I will keep you posted. We are grateful to have a congressional representative who is finally interested in the good work occurring in Newton.
Nice to see some positive Newton coverage in the NJ Herald this week with the photo of the Newton Town Centre/RPM Senior Housing Project on Spring Street.
We will begin migrating our business-support social media platforms (website, Facebook, Twitter) over from AzulCore to KKPR. I will keep you posted on the redesigns.
Speaking of redesigns – version 5 of the newtontownhall.com website continues to be redesigned by Civic Plus.
The spring newsletter is at the printer – thank you everyone for your submissions.
Have a great weekend! Gonzaga!
Yours in Service,
