TRC reviewed one application which will be on PB agenda for June.
PB reviewed the three draft ordinances for Council at my request. T3 will be on for introduction at our next meeting, and the soil ordinance and animal ordinance will be on for discussion.
The Master Plan subcommittee met this week to finalize the draft recommendations. Same will be discussed with the PB in July.
I had a conference call this week with numerous staff members, Mayor Le Frois, Councilman Dickson, members of the 24th Legislative District office, and our friends from DCA in Trenton. We are still advocating our position as it relates to the regulations surrounding rooming houses. I will keep you posted as conditions warrant.
I did our first Facebook Live event this week, announcing the winners of the Summer Movie contest: A Dog’s Way Home and How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World! Also, no Spidey. I think it has been viewed about 73 million times thus far, or not.
Have a great weekend! Be safe.
