Petitions must be filed by 4:00pm on Monday, March 7, 2016 to be eligible for the May 10, 2016 Municipal Election.
All potential candidates must be registered voters in the Town of Newton. Petition packets can be picked up in the Municipal Clerk's office of the Municipal Building at 39 Trinity Street.
Deadline to register to be eligible to vote in the Municipal Election is Tuesday, April 19, 2016.
