The requests are to be submitted to the Newton Town Manager at the required public hearings to be conducted beginning at 9:00am on Monday, November 16, 2009 and beginning at 9:00am on Thursday, November 19, 2009. The hearings will be conducted in the Manager’s conference room on the 2nd floor of the Newton Municipal Building at 39 Trinity Street, Newton, NJ.
