Put on your best costume and head on down to Spring Street to participate in the Annual Halloween Parade.  Lineup begins at 4:30pm at 278 Spring Street, the parade down Spring Street begins at 5:00pm and ends in the Central Plaza Lot (#4) where participants of the Trunk or Treat will be waiting to pass out candy!
