Passes
If you wish to park all day in one of our parking lots, we offer the convenience of a parking plaza pass. The pass eliminates the need to purchase a ticket at the vending machine each time you park. Passes can be purchased at the Finance office located on the ground floor of the Municipal Building.Cost - Effective August 1, 2022

Please note: All long-term parking areas have a 10-hour maximum time limit. These areas may also be used for short-term parking as well.
All street parking meters will only accept quarters and payments through the Flowbird App*.
Lot #1 (Adams Street), Lot #2 (Main Street) , Lot #3 (Western Plaza), and Lot #4 (Central Plaza) accepts all U.S. coins, dollar bills, credit cards, and payments through the Flowbird App*.
All parking passes and overnight parking passes must be hung on the vehicles rear view mirror so that the printed information is visible to the enforcement officers

Merchant Parking
An Annual Merchant Pass is available for Lot #3 (Western Plaza) and Lot #4 (Central Plaza), for ground-floor business owners on Spring Street from Union Place to Main Street. The cost for such passes is $500 for two passes per business per calendar year valid Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 or $250 per six-month period valid Jan. 1 to June 30 or July 1 to Dec. 31. Passes will need to be renewed upon expiration. Parking is limited to 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Maximum allotment for merchant passes is 4 per business.All parking passes and overnight parking passes must be hung on the vehicles rear view mirror so that the printed information is visible to the enforcement officers
