The Homelessness Task Force is a cross-agency, housing first–aligned initiative developed in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA) and implemented with Samaritan Inn, Family Promise, Zufall Health, the Newton Police Department, and additional municipal and nonprofit partners.
